As Creative Insight Specialist for the E-commerce and Business Intelligence group, responsible for supporting the Business and Pro Rewards programs email correspondences, including creating and managing B2B and B2C email templates in Figma, for both KNAK and in-house development. The first three emails feature product mockups, created by combining two or more images in Photoshop.

Led the initiative to incorporate light and dark mode designs in to the templates, using data-driven design to make a case for why both designs need to be taken into consideration.
